new docs about SELECTION CRITERIA

I have posted on our webpage http://www.webarchiv.cz/culture2000/docs.html documents, which you made about your own selection criteria and your actual practice in your country. We are still waiting for Slovakia. Anyway, afterwards we should be able to make some conclusion about selection criteria.

first input- hello

hello everybody,
we (people in national library in prague) have an idea to create weblog about our project called Web cultural heritage, just to have an option to share and comment our common ideas, problems, questions etc. hopefully its going to be useful for everybody and for our aim;-)
